Pricing and Refund Policy for Single Surveys:
Survey prices are $999 per survey for 1) a party considering a single rental unit or coop/condo unit in a building, or 2) a corporate relocation service considering a single rental unit or coop/condo unit in a building for a client.
We only survey buildings with 10 units or more that may or may not contain ground-floor commercial space. We do not survey buildings that are predominantly commercial office space or predominantly retail space. We do not survey "new construction" properties which, in our sole view, do not have an occupancy history sufficient for our surveys to reflect the ambiance and sentiment of occupants' experience in the building.
For all of the above we require a $500 deposit to initiate the work involved in executing the survey. If, within 7 days after receiving the deposit and executing the survey we do not receive at least a 40% or greater response rate from our survey, the buyer may choose one of the following refund policies:
1) Accept the survey results with the less-than-40% response rate for a total discounted survey fee of $650. You will then receive the results of this survey after paying the balance due of $150.
2) Refuse the survey results with the less-than 40% response rate, do not pay the balance due, and receive a refund of $270 from the deposit of $500 you paid to initiate the survey. You will not receive survey results.
Payment Policy for Single Surveys:
A $500 down payment is required within 6 hours of ordering the survey. If, within 7 days after receiving the deposit and executing the survey we receive at least a 40% or greater response rate from our survey, the balance due of $499 must be paid to receive the survey results by email.
